The BONFIX Alu-press system

BONFIX offers a wide range of press fittings and pipes under the product name Alu-press. This system is suitable for both drinking water and central heating installations, and can be used in low and high temperature applications. The system is certified with both KIWA-ATA and KOMO quality marks. When you combine fittings with pipes from our Alu-press system in your installation, you ensure:

• The fittings can be sealed with the following pressing jaw profiles: TH - H - U
• Up to 32 mm, they can also be sealed with a hand tool
• LBP - LeakBeforePressed function
• Manufactured in the EU
• The system can be used for legionella prevention
• Each fitting size has its own color coding
• The fittings and pipes meet the requirements of the European UBA list
• All threads are tapered

• Ensures proper positioning in the pressing jaw
• The ring is designed to prevent the aluminum of the Alu-press pipe from coming into direct contact with the brass fitting, thus preventing electrolytic corrosion
• The special nylon-reinforced ring provides stability and shock resistance, even at low ambient temperatures
• The control windows at the bottom of the plastic make it easier to position the pipe during installation, and a drop will be visible through these openings when the fitting is used unpressed (Leak Before Pressed function)
• Up to DN 32, each size has its own color code
